TOURNAMENT FIELD SIZE
Total Field Size 132 :
- 60% Alps Tour Field: 80 players (Cat 0-4 and 6) including 3 Wild Cards from Alps Tour Countries ea.
- 40% National Field: 52 players (AT-Cat. 5)


FORMAT
54 Holes Stroke Play / 18 holes a day. Cut after the second Round:
- The 40 first professionals and ties for the 40th place;
- Amateurs who qualify within the top 40 or ties, will be added to the field.

In case of a tie for the 1st place after completion of the 54 holes, sudden-death play-off will decide.


ENTRY & REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Entries for the Gösser-Open close Friday, May 12th - noon
All competitors must register their intention to play till Wednesday, May 24th, 6.00 pm local times with the Tournament Office on site.
Entry fee : 70€


PRACTICE
The course will be available for practice on Wednesday, May 24th and Thursday 25th (prior to the ro/Am).
Practice times must be booked through the Club Secretariat): Wednesday: from 07:30h onwards.
Practice Range opening times are:
-Wednesday to Sunday 1 hour prior to the first tee time to 8.00 pm


“ Die Steiermärkische PRO-AM
The tournament Pro-Am will take place on Thursday, May 25th.
A total of 28 or 30 professionals will compete. At least 10 spots are reserved for non-Austrian Alps Tour players.
Prizes for the best 3 teams and prize money for their professionals.


MEDICAL
Doctor on call, first aid available.


CADDIES & TROLLEY PULLERS
No caddies are available, but app. 80 trolleys are available on site


PRIZE MONEY
The Tournament prize money will be paid from the GC Erzherzog Johann office after the event.
There is a withholding tax of 20% for non-residents.
