TOURNAMENT FIELD SIZE
Total Field Size 144:
1) 30 Players exempted through Alps Tour (cat. 1 & 2)
2) 48 Players selected by Federations members of Alps Tour (10 Austria, 20 Italia, 10 Marocco, 8 Suisse)
3) 58 Players from French Tour 2003 (wild card Pro & Amateur include)
4) 8 Wild Cards (Club Sponsor)


FORMAT
72 Holes Stroke Play / 18 holes a day.
Cut after the second Round:
The 40 first professionals and ties for the 40th place
Amateurs who qualify in the top 40 or ties, will be added to the field
In case of a tie for the 1st place after completion of the 72 holes, sudden-death play-off will decide.


ENTRY & REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Entries for the Memorial Olalainty close on Thursday 29 April – 6.00 pm
All competitors must register their intention to play Tuesday 11th May 6.00 pm local times with   Tournament Office on site.
Entry fee : 70 €


PRACTICE
Monday 10th may      2.00 pm at 4.30 pm (Tee 1)
Tuesday 11th may      8.00 am at 4.30 pm (Tee 1)

Practice times must booked through the Tournament Office.
Practice Range opening times are :
- Monday                        2.00 pm at 6.30 pm
- Tuesday                       8.00 am at 6.30 pm
- Wednesday to Friday    1 hour prior to the first tee time to 6.30 pm
- Saturday                      1 hour prior to the first tee time to 6.00 pm
- Sunday                         1 hour prior to the first tee time to 1.00 pm


PRO-AM
The tournament Pro-Am will take place on Wednesday 12th may.
A total of 35 professionals will compete 8 spots for Alps Tour player will be reserved (2 by country).
The Pro-Am prize fund : 4 500 € HT


MEDICAL
Doctor on call.


CADDIES & TROLLEY PULLERS
They are members trolleys available on caddy-master.
Possibility to have a caddy, please contact the golf : +33 (0)2 38 76 11 73.
Caddy-master opening : 8.00 or 1 hour prior the first tee time – to 30 minutes after the closing practice range.


PRIZE MONEY
Tournament prize money will be paid from the French PGA head office after the event.
There is a withholding tax of 15% for non-residents + 2,5% for the French PGA.
