TOURNAMENT FIELD
Total field size: 150 players (professionals with membership in their national PGA)
- 20 players – Alps Tour Exempts (cat 1 & 2)
- 42 players Alps Tour wild cards (14 each France, Italy, Switzerland)
- National field (including invites)
- Challenge Tour Director Invites (cat. 5)
- Amateur golfers: max. playing handicap –3,0 (cat. 6&7)
- 5 Wild Cards

FORMAT
54 Holes Stroke Play/18 holes a day. Cut after the second Round:
- The 40 first professionals and ties for the 40th place
- Amateurs who qualify in the top 40 or ties, will be added to the field

In case of a tie for the 1st place after completion of the 54 holes, sudden-death play-off will decide.

Entries for the Steigenberger Open close on Monday, September 1st, noon
All competitors must register by Tuesday, September 9th,18.00h, with the

PRACTICE
- The course will be open for practice on Tuesday, September 9th, and on
on Wednesday, September 10th between 09:00 and 12:30h (before Pro-Am!)
- Practice times must be booked through the tournament office (+43-3353-8282)
- Driving Range open daily from 07:00h – 19:30h,
during the tournament at least one hour prior to the first tee time

PRO-AM
“Steigenberger-Pro-Am” on Wednesday, September 10th, Shot-gun start at 13:00h .
18 Holes stroke play for professionals and team (1 best net scores per hole)

Prizes: Prizes for best three teams,
€ 70,-- for each professional

A total of max. 28 teams will compete. 6 spots at least are reserved for Alps-Tour-players!

TOURNAMENT PRIZE MONEY: EUR 30.000,--
- Prize Money will be paid by the Sponsor at the clubhouse after the event in cash resp. by cheque
