Total Field Size 144:
1) Players exempted through Alps Tour (cat.
1 & 2)
2) Players selected by Federations members of
Alps Tour (14 by country)
3) Players from French Tour 2003 (wild card
include)
4) 10 amateurs
FORMAT
72 Holes Stroke Play / 18 holes a day. Cut after
the second Round:
-The 40 first professionals and ties for the
40th place
-Amateurs who qualify in the top 40 or ties,
will be added to the field
In case of a tie for the 1st place after completion
of the 72 holes, sudden-death play-off will
decide.

Entries for the Memorial Olalainty close on
Thursday 1st May – 6.00 pm.
All competitors must register their intention
to play Tuesday 13th May 6.00 pm local times
with Tournament Office on site.
Entry fee : 70 €
PRACTICE
Monday 12th may 2.00 pm at 4.30 pm (Tee 1)
Tuesday 13th may 8.00 am at 4.30 pm (Tee 1)
Wednesday 14th may 8.00 am at 11.00 am (Tees
1 & 10)
Practice times must booked through the Tournament
Office.
Practice Range opening times are :
- Monday 2.00 pm at 6.30 pm
- Tuesday 8.00 am at 6.30 pm
- Wednesday to Friday 1 hour prior to the first
tee time to 6.30 pm
- Saturday 1 hour prior to the first tee time
to 6.00 pm
- Sunday 1 hour prior to the first tee time
to 1.00 pm
PRO-AM
The tournament Pro-Am will take place on Wednesday
14th may.
A total of 26 professionals will compete 3 spots
for Alps Tour player will be reserved (1 by
country).
The Pro-Am prize fund: TBC
MEDICAL

CADDIES & TROLLEY
PULLERS
They are members trolleys available on caddy-master.
Possibility to have a caddy, please contact
the golf : +33 (0)2 38 76 11 73.
Caddy-master opening : 8.00 or 1 hour prior
the first tee time – to 30 minutes after
the closing practice range.
PRIZE MONEY
Tournament prize money will be paid from the
French PGA head office after the event.
There is a withholding tax of 15% for non-residents
+ 2,5% for the French PGA.
